Coconut Milk Powder is more hygienic and sterile to handle than its liquid counterpart, plus is considerably more cost efficient when it comes to transportation.

Liquifying is an option by dissolving the powder in lukewarm water, where it forms a smooth consistency that is ideal for further processing.

Made solely from select, ripe fruits, the first step after harvesting is to remove the outer shell. Afterwards the flesh is washed, chopped and pressed. The extracted coconut milk is filtered twice to ensure absolute purity. No artificial preservatives, colorants or flavors are added. High-quality carriers combined with careful pasteurization and followed by a well-controlled spray-drying process ensure consistent top quality. The result is a valuable, natural product which preserves the characteristic flavor and the typical properties and nutrients of coconut milk. Available with a fat content of 45% and 65%.
