De-oiled Rapeseed Lecithin Powder
Deoiled Rapeseed Lecithin is the result of isolating the active components in fluid rapeseed lecithin, thus increasing the phospholipid content. Austrade’s rapeseed lecithin is made from rapeseed oil obtained from Non-GMO seeds of European origin.
Due to its low oil content, deoiled rapeseed lecithin features improved wetting, emulsifying, and dispersing properties in comparison to native fluid lecithin.
Interest in non-soy lecithins, such as rapeseed lecithin, has grown because of GMO issues in soybeans and possible food-allergic reactions. Austrade’s Deoiled Rapeseed Lecithin functions identical to soy and sunflower lecithin products.
