Solvent-Free Sunflower Lecithin

GIRALEC SF is obtained via mechanical extraction resulting in a natural, raw sunflower lecithin without the use of chemical solvents such as hexane.
By strictly cold pressing the sunflower seeds we can guarantee lecithin in its most natural state. GIRALEC SF has the same functionality as conventional sunflower lecithin, plus the following added benefits:

Non-GMO Potato Products

All natural potato flakes without additives and preservatives for “clean label” products!

AGENAFLOCK potato flakes are made from select, gently cooked and dried Non-GMO potatoes. Due to a special cooking and drying process, the typical potato characteristics are largely preserved. These special characteristics – providing flavor and consistency – as well as water binding properties, make them a desired ingredient in many applications such as mashed potatoes, snacks, frozen foods and dry mixed products. AGENAFLOCK feature a slightly yellowish color, as is typical for European potatoes.

AGENABACK ground potato flakes work especially well in flour blends for bakery applications due to their finer structure.

Besides the standard grades, we offer both products without additives and preservatives, which provide the option for a “natural”, “clean” label!
