Release Agents
AraTAs® anti-sticking and release agents are designed to offer improved stability, and also significant separation effects in many types of candy products. This includes high boilings, filled products, pulled centers and toffees, caramels and fudges.
They are very effective to aid the smooth transition of the cooked mass on a variety of confectionery processes such as:

We have developed AraTAs® Hot Pan Release in both paste (CON5512) and liquid (CON5514) form. The liquid form is suitable for spraying directly into hot pans and tins.
