Chocolate Polish

Our confectionery polishing system for chocolate and sugar confectionery applications create an excellent shine and finish. There are versions specifically adapted for polishing chocolate and yoghurt coated centers, available in standard dark and white solutions, dependent on the requirement for either dark, white and milk chocolate coatings.

AraTAs® Confectionery Polish

Aqueous solution of natural food ingredients for polishing chocolate and yoghurt-coated centres. There are two standard solutions: dark & white.

AraTAs® Confectionery Polish Dark - CON5020

For polishing milk and dark chocolate-coated centers, within standard production times, creating an excellent shine at a reasonable cost.

AraTAs® Confectionery Polish White - CON5010

For polishing white chocolate and yoghurt-coated centers, within standard production times, creating an excellent shine at a reasonable cost.

If the product has not had sufficient time to solidify before polishing, it is necessary to pre-coat chocolate to ensure success during the polishing phase. Therefore we have created an AraTAs® pre-polish product to solve this problem.
